Earlier in the year, we partnered with Vanquis Bank to create an effective and engaging personalised video that welcomed customers to their account with the credit provider.
The aim was to explain the next steps for the customer and encourage them to download Vanquis’ award-winning mobile app.
To enhance the customer experience and generate as much engagement as possible, we deployed a personalised video that spoke to the customer about their unique account details.
Through collaboration with Vanquis Bank and a shared objective to make it the most effective end to end journey for the customer, we included a personalised email, landing page and video with a range of variables including their APR, their specific credit limits and payment dates.
All in all, we achieved a highly tailored listening and watching experience.
This welcome video was a great success as ongoing email open rates reached 78% with 86% of those customers watching their video until the end.
The click-through rate was also an impressive 1092% higher than the industry average. It also encouraged 2028 people to download the Vanquis app!
We also provide customers the option of leaving feedback which meant Vanquis Bank could access their campaign dashboard and simply take a look at the positive comments people had left.
This is an important element of the project because it communicates customer loyalty and satisfaction for the client and allows them to build a relationship.
